The Carthage Tennessee Plant is located 50 miles East of Nashville near Interstate 40

Candidates must demonstrate leadership skills, ability to train, coach, be proactive and solve problems, resolve conflict, influence and motivate team members to meet production objectives, promote a safe working environment, and communicate(both verbally and written) effectively.

In addition, it would be desirable that candidates have knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, excellent mechanical aptitude, basic computer knowledge, customer focused, and professional integrity with strong ethics and values. 

Primary Responsibilities:

This position provides direction, instructions and guidance to a team, for the purpose of achieving production goals. This leader will know his/her team members strengths, weaknesses and motivations. This position is appointed on permanent basis to (1) represent the team to the next higher reporting level, (2) make decisions in the absence of a consensus, (3) resolve conflict between team members, and (4) coordinate team efforts.
