Description: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development, planning, organization, implementation and performance of sales programs and activities within a designated Regional or Division Service Area that meets growth, revenue, and profit objectives. They coordinate and optimize sales coverage within region while actively leading, coaching and managing the Regional Sales Force.
5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry
Proven track record of effectively managing an outside sales force
Preferred previous experience with an ERP, Applicant Tracking System, and Sales Force Management technology
