 The expectations for a Project Sales Representative must include:

 Knowledge of HVAC systems including: Chillers, Boilers, Rooftop Units, Makeup Air Units, Pumps, Humidification Systems, Building Automation, and other HVAC systems.

  • Capable of closing business in a variety of fashions. Sales can range from complex bundled offerings to stand alone market specific project sales.
  • High level of competence in financial selling and must fully understand Perfection’s total corporate capabilities to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Capabilities to develop and implement long term customer relationships at the strategic level to meet Perfection Group’s growth goals. A successful Project Sales Rep must be capable to manage sales prospects across the targeted geographic area. 
  • Skills to manage target accounts and generate business opportunities with current customers and new prospects as assigned by the executive management team.

 Requirements:

  • 5 years proven track record of industrial and commercial HVAC Project Sales
  • Complete financial understanding of bundled offerings
  • Ability to provide creative financial packages
  • Ability to provide cost of operations, energy retrofits, cash flow analysis with every offering
  • An understanding of utility management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge
