Job Summary 

This job works: Sun - Wed 8pm-6am

The primary function of this position is the loading of raw material into machines for conversion into finished product. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Performing visual and dimensional quality inspections.
  • Identifying non-conforming product and communicating to the appropriate individuals.
  • Monitoring machine productivity, waste and quality according to Job Hazard Analysis & Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Feed Raw Material to assigned machines.
  • Personal Protective Equipment must be worn in accordance with Job Hazard Analysis & Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Understand DWK’s Quality Policy and relevant Quality Objectives.
  • Recognize his/her contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS including the benefits of improved performance.
  • Comprehend the impact or effect of not conforming with the QMS.
  • May perform any or all of these tasks depending upon work assignment.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and habitable condition. Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations.
  • Additional duties as required by Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager.
  • Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.


  • Six months continuous employment within the past year.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Manufacturing experience preferred.
