Job Description

This position will be responsible for leading a crew of 3-4 guys. 

Must be committed to working in and promoting a safe working environment.

Strong communication skills are a must, including email communications. 

Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and outlook or the ability to learn these programs.

3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting is preferred.

Must have a thorough working knowledge of several types of insulation and metal fabrication and possess the necessary tools to perform the work.

Must be able to coordinate and manage insulation projects including the delegation of manpower and organization of materials.

Pay depends on experience and skill level. Candidate MUST be local to Loudon, TN

  • Ability to complete tasks such as loading, un-loading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of tools and their applications.
  • Count scaffold, insulation, or vac/blast materials as needed.
  • Organize inventory / equipment in effective manner.
  • Completes assigned tasks.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work.
