~Our Charlotte based company is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for the Chattanooga/Upstate Alabama. The candidate MUST have ATM experience and willing to work on the weekends. The schedule will be from 8am-8pm Monday-Wednesday. On call only Sat & Sun 8am-8pm. We offer a car allowance, 401k and Health Benefits. Please respond only if you have prior ATM experience.
~As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of total customer service and care at existing clients. This will include, but not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of dispensing and sorting equipment; daily scheduling and time management of all accounts assigned; tracking and management of parts/tools; and staying abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of a wide array of equipment. ATM experience preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Troubleshoot and maintain equipment of various makes and models in assigned geographical territory.
2 Perform preventative maintenance (PM's) as scheduled on assigned equipment in accordance with company policy.
3 Schedule, coordinate and complete, repair, installation and return to service evolutions of financial institutions equipment.
4 Maintain inventory of service vehicle in accordance with maintenance needs.
5 Travel within and outside of assigned territory with occasional overnight stays required.
6 Support and facilitate involvement of company initiatives.
1 Requires a high level of mechanical/electronics knowledge typically acquired through the completion of a two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
2 Requires 2-5years experience repairing electrical/mechanical products
3 Logical trouble shooting skills and capability to isolate problems to PCB or component level.
$30-35K based on experience, plus 401K with company match, Medical, Vacation. Car allowance
