Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inbound Phone Calls
  • Outbound calls to existing customers
  • Returning Customer Calls
  • Customer Service Inquiries
  • Checking online lead sources
  • Scheduling
  • Additional responsibilities as job requires

Job Requirements:

3-5 Years Customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical field or similar.
